BAKED VEGETABLE DISH 
2 onions, sliced
3 or 4 carrots, cut in strips
1 pkg. frozen green beans
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can chunk tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. instant tapioca pudding
4 tbsp. butter

Mix together sugar, salt, pepper, tapioca and butter. Mix with vegetables. Bake 1 to 2 hours until vegetables are tender at 350 degrees.
