CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 lb. fryer, boiled and de - boned
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 stick butter
Tortilla chips

Saute onion in butter. Add milk, soups, green chilies. Butter 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Layer tortilla chips, chicken and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May top with grated sharp cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
