6-8 potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch party mix

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Add 1/2 cup butter while mashing. Mix together sour cream, onion salt, and party mix. Fold into mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6-8.
