MOM'S CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
2 frying chickens, cut in pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
Paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown onion in butter. Add chicken and brown. Add 1 glass water; cover chicken with paprika. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Cover and simmer until tender. Serve with pasta or rice.
