BAKED PEAS 
1 can peas
1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cream
Salt & to taste
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs

Drain peas and tomatoes. Mix with green peppers and onion. Combine sugar, milk, cream and salt; add vegetables. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. About 6 servings.
