CAJUN PARTY MIX 
2 cans (12 oz.) smokehouse almonds
6 c. Crispix cereal
1 c. Parmesan cheese goldfish tiny crackers
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. In a large shallow roasting pan, combine almonds, cereal, and goldfish crackers. Melt butter and stir in seasonings. Pour over mixture and toss to coat. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spread on paper towel to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 9 cups.
