SHRIMP SUPREME 
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
9 deviled eggs
2 lb. fresh/frozen or 2 cans (4 1/2 oz.) cooked shrimp
2 c. grated American cheese
2 c. med. sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. cooking sherry

Saute mushrooms in butter. Spread on bottom of baking dish (1 or 2 quart dish). Top with halved deviled eggs. Arrange shrimp on egg; fold 2 cups of grated cheese into medium sauce. Pour this over shrimp and egg. (If sauce is a bit too thick, add more milk and 2 tablespoons butter.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Deviled Eggs: Yolks, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoons mustard, 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar; mix and stuff eggs.

Medium Sauce: 2 tablespoons flour, and butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cups milk. Heat butter in saucepan, blend in flour and salt. Cook on low heat until smooth. Add milk, stirring until boiling.
