CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/3 c. catsup
1 (1 lb.) can chili beans (or Mexican chili beans)
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tbsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef and onions in soup pot. Pour off any excess grease. Add celery, green pepper, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, water, salt, and mustard. Simmer 20 minutes.

Add chili or Mexican chili beans, tomatoes, and chili powder. If you want the chili thinner add some tomato juice.
