1 box yellow cake mix (do not use directions on box)
2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter
1 egg

Mix together and pat into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix together:

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Pour over cake mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minute.
