BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Pepperidge Farm White Toasting Bread 6 to 8 slices (cut off crust)
1 lb. milk bulk sausage (cook and drain)
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese

Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole. Place bread cubes in casserole, crumble sausage over bread. Sprinkle Swiss and Cheddar cheese. Blend in blender:

4 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. milk

Cover with liquid from blender. Set overnight. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
