BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Sm. onion, chopped
Sm. green pepper, chopped
10 slices white bread, cut off crusts
1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
8 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 jar mushroom slices

Grease 9x13 pan. Arrange bread on bottom of pan. Put sausage, cheeses, green pepper, onions, mushrooms. Mix eggs, milks, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce together and pour over the top. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator all night. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Take foil off for half the baking. Serves 8-10 people.
