APPLE-PEAR-CRANBERRY CRUMBLE 
2 c. peeled cubed apple
2 c. peeled cubed pear
1/2 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 tbsp. butter, divided
1/2 c. reg. rolled oats

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole, toss together apples, pears, cranberries, 1/4 cup of the sugar, 2 tablespoons of the all-purpose flour, lemon juice and nutmeg until thoroughly combined.

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter. Add the oats and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter until melted. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup sugar and remaining 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and topping is browned. Serve warm, cool, or chilled.
