CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp. rice
1 egg
1 tbsp. catsup
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 head cabbage
Tomato sauce, as needed or canned tomatoes

Combine turkey, salt, pepper, rice, egg and catsup. Saute onion in butter. Add to meat mixture and mix well. Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water, above 5 inches. Drain. Place handful of turkey in each cabbage leaf. Roll up and tuck ends in. Place rolls in Dutch oven and cover with tomato sauce and water or canned tomatoes. Let simmer about 2 1/2 hours.
