CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. lean raw ground beef or ground turkey
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 c. tomato juice or V-8
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
8 lg. cabbage leaves

Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and soak long enough to soften and easy to handle. Season meat with salt and pepper. Add grated onion and rice. Roll a portion of meat mixture in each leaf. Secure with toothpicks, place in large pot with the rest of the ingredients and simmer until cabbage is tender and well browned, about 1-1 1/2 hours.
