FRUIT PLATTER 
3 lg. oranges, peeled & sliced crosswise
3 lg. apples, cored & sliced crosswise
2-3 med. cans of pineapple slices
3 kiwi, peeled & sliced as oranges
1/2 c. nuts
1 lg. bunch red seedless grapes

On a large platter arrange fruit in rows around the platter: oranges, apples, pineapple with the grapes in the center of the platter. Garnish the platter with the kiwi slices and nuts.
