MOCK LASAGNA 
MEAT FILLING:

1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1/2 lb. sausage, browned
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp. leaf basil
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tbsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste

Simmer all for five minutes.

CHEESE FILLING:

1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

CRUST:

2 cans crescent dinner rolls
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. milk

Stagger meat and cheese filling on 1 spread can of crescent rolls. Place Mozzarella cheese on meat filling. Place 2nd can of crescent dinner rolls on top and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
