"MOCK LASAGNE" 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles or "mini" lasagna
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Brown ground beef with onion. When brown, add Ragu. Simmer 15 minutes. Cook egg noodles. Stir hot noodles into cheese and sour cream mixture, thoroughly coating noodles. Layer noodles and meat mixture. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
