CHICKEN 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. chicken, cut up
12 oz. jar apricot jam
8 oz. bottle French salad dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Combine jam, salad dressing and soup mix. Pour over chicken. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 30 to 45 minutes.
