Small box of instant chocolate pudding
Boxed cake mix (Chocolate)
1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Make pudding according to directions. Stir in powdered cake mix. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chips over the top.

Bake 40 minutes at 425°F.
