BLACK-EYED PEA DIP 
2 cans black eyed peas with jalapenos, drained & slightly mashed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. butter
4 jars Old English cheese, Kraft brand

Melt butter and cheese over low heat or in crock pot. Add onions, chilies, peas and garlic. Stir and allow to heat. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
