PISTACHIO CAKE AND ICING 
1 pkg. of yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving) pkg. of pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. nuts

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured cake pans (9 inch). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, cool.

ICING:

2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 (4 serving) pkg. of pistachio pudding
2 1/4 c. cold milk

Place all ingredients in bowl, beat until thick, spread on cake.
