PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. ginger ale or 7-Up
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

FROSTING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 3/4 c. milk

Beat frosting ingredients until stiff.

Combine all other ingredients in bowl. Blend on low mixer speed for 1 minute. Beat on medium-high for 2 minutes. Pour into 9x13 inch pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and frost. Refrigerate leftovers.
