MINI MEAT LOAVES AND VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can Durkee French Fried Onions
6 sm. new potatoes, sliced thin
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, corn and red pepper combination (thawed and
drained)

Combine meat, salt, egg, 1/2 can tomato sauce, seasoning and 1/2 can onions. In 9x13 inch dish form 3 mini loaves. Place potatoes around loaves. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Place vegetables around loaves, stir to blend with potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Top meat with remaining tomato sauce. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Top loaves with remaining onions, bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
