CHINESE STYLE FRIED RICE 
2 c. hot cooked rice
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. water
2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Using a 10 inch skillet, cook egg in butter, add onion and rice. Saute, stirring over medium heat until mixture is lightly browned. Mix together water and soy sauce and stir. Serves 4.
