TOOTS ROLLS 
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. dry milk (not reconstituted - we use Sanalac)
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Mix and knead all ingredients. When it is a deep chocolate color, take a handful at a time and roll it out on a smooth dry surface until it is about 3/4 inch in diameter. Repeat until all dough is used. Let set for a few hours, then cut in 1 inch length and wrap.
