ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage
2 green onions
1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles
Soy sauce, optional

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil or sesame oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar

Cook skinless chicken breast in salt/soy water. Shred meat into bowl. Crumble noodles in. Slice thinly 1/2 head cabbage. Chop green onions. Add to bowl along with sesame seeds and almonds. Toss lightly. Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake well and pour over salad just before serving.
