1 c. shortening
1/2 stick butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. orange crush
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in tube pan. Beat butter and cream cheese, then add sugar and vanilla.
