CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 c. leftover chicken, chopped
1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. water
1 can bean sprout, drained
1/2 c. chicken broth
3-4 tbsp. La Choy Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook celery and onions in water until tender. Add chicken and broth. Simmer a few minutes. Add drained bean sprouts and soy sauce and simmer for a few more minutes. Thicken with about 2 tablespoons cornstarch. (You can also use pork instead of chicken. This is a good way to use leftovers.)
