BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. warm beer

Pour warm beer rapidly into flour and sugar mixture and stir. Put into greased loaf pan (9x4 inch or 8x5 inch) and sprinkle 2 tablespoons melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
