PEPPER RELISH 
20 peppers red and green (hot)
4 sweet peppers
4 med. tomatoes
1 med. onion

Chop all above. Put in 1 1/2 cups vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon pickling salt. Boil for 25 minutes. Pour into hot jars and seal. Makes 5 1/2 pints.
