HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips (optional)

Combine ingredients except cheese and chips. Pile lightly in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and chips if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated completely.

Serves 6.
