CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SAUCE 
15 chicken breasts
2 pts. whipping cream
1/2 lb. butter
1 onion, chopped
Mushrooms (lg. handful)
1/2 c. wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour to thicken (about 5 or 6 tbsp.)

Lay chicken breast in large baking dish. Melt butter and add flour, then whipping cream. Cook until thickens and add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
