1 can tuna, water packed, drained
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. ripe olives, diced
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. pkg. lemon jello (dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water)

Add all ingredients to jello, folding in the whipped cream and mayonnaise. Chill in one mold or in individual molds. Slightly chill the jello mixture before folding in the mayonnaise and whipped cream.
