MRS. E.'S CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
Onion soup mix
1000 Island salad dressing
Apricot jam
Wild rice

Line a large cookie pan 1 inch deep with tin foil over lapping pan. Place breast of chicken on top of foil, salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle 1000 Island salad dressing over chicken. On top of each breast put 1 tablespoon of apricot jam. Place another piece of foil over top of pan and seal all around with bottom foil. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees, opening the top foil for the last 15 minutes. Serve on top of bed of wild rice.
