ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice, prepared to pkg. directions
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, prepared to package directions and well drained
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving. Makes a great main dish for a "light" meal. Serves 6-8. Good hot too.
