CHICKEN COBBLER (Dolores) 
6 whole chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen onions in Cream Sauce
Salt to taste
Celery pieces
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3 sm. Pillsbury frozen biscuits

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk

Cook chicken breasts in water with salt and celery. Cool. Cut in pieces. Prepare frozen onions according to package directions. Make White Sauce. Add onions in Cream Sauce, chicken and other ingredients. Put in 1 large casserole (or 2 small). Heat covered casseroles to boiling point in 475 degree oven. Uncover and top with biscuits. Cook 8-10 minutes or until brown (biscuits).

Put in layers if desired.
