CRAB MEAT COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. tomatoes, drained
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. crab meat

Melt butter in double boiler. Add green pepper and onions. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, milk and cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts and sauce is thick. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire, salt and crab meat. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole.

CHEESE BISCUIT TOPPING:

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. milk

Combine dry ingredients. Add shortening, American cheese and milk. Drop by teaspoon on top of crab meat. Bake 450 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
