CRAB MEAT DELIGHT 
8 Holland rusks, these are hard brown breads like English muffins
3 tomatoes sliced, 1 thick slice on each rusk
1 can crab meat
2 sm. Philadelphia cream cheeses
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. catsup or cocktail sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, catsup (cocktail sauce) and Worcestershire sauce. Mix 1 can drained crab meat into sauce above. Place 8 rusk slices on cookie sheet, put on thick slice of tomato on each followed by scoop of crab, cover with slice of cheddar on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
