BARBECUED CHOPS OR RIBS | |
1 c. catsup 1/4 c. apricot nectar 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika About 2 to 3 lb. ribs or chops Boil ribs off for about 10 minutes and drain. Bring the other above ingredients to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Baste on both sides, put remaining sauce over meat. Put in oven and bake at low heat (250 to 300 degrees) until done, 1 hour or so. |
