CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened in 2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar or package of chipped beef
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Blend cheese and milk. Stir in beef, onions, and peppers. Mix. Add sour cream to mixture. Put in pie dish and sprinkle nuts on top. Heat for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with potato chips, wheat thins or any cracker.
