1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. (3 or 4 oz.) dried beef
1 tbsp. milk

Allow sour cream and cream cheese to come to room temperature. Break up dried beef into small pieces. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
