HOT DRIED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef (chopped into sm. pieces)
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix the above ingredients together and put in small baking dish. (Top with 1/2 cup pecans sauteed in butter - optional.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with a variety of crackers.
