MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cracker meal
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Beat egg. Add milk, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Stir in cracker meal; mix in ground beef. Shape into loaf. Put into glass dish, cook 11 minutes on medium high in microwave. Turn 1/2 turn cook 11 minutes more. Drain off excess fat.

In bowl combine 1/4 cup catsup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard. Spread on top of meatloaf. Cook uncovered 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on medium high. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
