BRAZILIAN CUSTARD 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Refill can with milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. coconut

Beat condensed milk, milk, vanilla and eggs until thoroughly blended and liquified. Place syrup and coconut in bottom of a pan and pour egg mixture over that. Place pan in another pan of water and bake in a 375 degree oven about 1 hour or until firm. Cool and run knife around edge to loosen. Turn upside down on a plate and cut in small wedges. Very good served with peaches or strawberries.
