1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta cheese 2 eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 2 c. Presto self-risen flour 2 tsp. vanilla Mix thoroughly; let rise 15 minutes. Drop from spoon into hot oil. Cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. They will turn over themselves in hot oil. |
