5 c. sliced fresh apples
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, put all the ingredients. Stir all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be served with ice cream or whipped cream. Delicious!
