1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. walnuts

Mix together vegetable oil and eggs. Let stand a few minutes. Add sugar to mixture, mixing by hand, and let stand 5 minutes longer. Add 2 cups flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, apples, and nuts. Mix. Then mix in remaining cup of flour. Spread in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes longer. Good warm too!
