2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and soda together; mix well. Set aside. Combine sliced apples, nuts, raisins, eggs, cooking oil and vanilla. Mix all ingredients together well. Pour batter into greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done. 8-10 servings.
