CHICKEN STIR FRY | |
2 c. chicken 1 lg. green pepper 3 carrots 1 onion, sliced in rings 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1 c. Bisquick 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. oil Stir fry peppers and carrots in 1 tablespoon oil for 2 minutes. Stir fry chicken, dip in egg and then Bisquick until tender in rest of oil (5 minutes). Then add pepper and carrots and onions, heat together then add pineapple. |
