CORNBREAD SALAD 
cornbread mix
1 bell pepper
2 or 3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. pickle juice
5 or 6 slices bacon, fried crisp

Prepare cornbread mix as directed. Crumble. Put half in layer, half of chopped pepper, half chopped onion and half of bacon (crumbled). Put pickle juice in mayonnaise and blend. Put half on mixture, then repeat layers.
